Do I need council approval?

Yes, in most local councils approval is required.

Do you do obligation free quotes?

Yes we do. And they are free!

Can you give me a price over the phone?

No, we need to inspect each job in order to provide a quote.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes, most of our staff are either Cert II or Cert III Trained and qualified Arborists  We also  have $20,000,000 Public liability cover, as well as Workers compensation in place.

How long will my job take?

Most jobs are completed within 1 day. If your job is going to take longer, we will advise you of this when your job is being quoted.

Do I need to be home when you quote my  tree job?

If the tree/s are in the front of the property than no. However, if they are in the back or side yard, behind a fence then yes. It is best if you are home so that we can gain access to your backyard.

Do I need to be home when you do the job?

That depends on the access to your property, if you have pets that need to be kept inside or at a friends house for the day.

Do you need power while you're working at my place?

No, all of our equipment is either petrol or Diesel powered.

Do you use a crane for tree work?

Yes, sometimes we do. It depends on the property, access and the condition of the tree.

Will you make a mess? Or damage my lawn?

Trees do make a bit of mess when they are being Pruned or removed. However, we will clean up the mess before we go. Any divots or damage to lawns from vehicles, logs etc are filled with fresh top soil! We look after your place like it is our own!

Can I keep the wood or mulch?

Yes, if you want the wood or mulch from your trees, you are welcome to have it. Otherwise we will take it all away and recycle it off site.

How can I pay for your service?

You can pay by Cash, Cheque or EFT. Credit card payment will be available soon.

What if I am not happy with your work?

This has never happened in our business, due to us putting in writing what we will do on your job. This way you will know exactly what we will do for you. Everyone is happy.
